阶段式康复护理在髋关节置换术后患者中的应用效果

Application effects of staged rehabilitation nursing in patients after hip replacement

目的:观察阶段式康复护理在髋关节置换术后患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年6月至2021年6月该院收治的75例髋关节置换术后患者进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=35)和观察组(n=40),对照组术后采用常规护理,观察组术后采用阶段式康复护理。比较两组康复积极性评分,手术前后髋关节功能(Harris髋关节功能评分表)评分和髋关节功能优良率。结果:观察组术后需求程度、配合程度、依从程度、家属支持和受挫后情绪调节等康复积极性评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,两组Harris评分均高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组髋关节功能优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:阶段式康复护理应用于髋关节置换术后患者可提高康复积极性评分、髋关节功能评分和髋关节功能优良率,优于常规护理效果。

Objective: To observe application effects of staged rehabilitation nursing in patients after hip replacement. Methods: 75 patients after hip replacement admitted to this hospital from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected for the prospective study and were divided into control group(n=35) and observation group(n=40) according to the random number table method. The control group received routine nursing after the surgery, while the observation group received staged rehabilitation nursing. The rehabilitation enthusiasm score, the hip function(Harris hip function score table) score before and after the surgery, and the excellent and good rate of hip function were compared between the two groups. Results: The scores of rehabilitation enthusiasm such as postoperative demand, cooperation, compliance, family support and emotional regulation after frustration in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). After the nursing, the Harris scores of the two groups were higher than those before the nursing, that of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The excellent and good rate of hip joint function in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions: Staged rehabilitation nursing for the patients with hip replacement can improve the rehabilitation enthusiasm score, the hip function score and the excellent and good rate of hip joint function. Moreover, it is superior to the routine nursing.
