康复训练联合针刺治疗对脑瘫患儿粗大运动功能和日常生活能力的影响

Effects of rehabilitation training combined with acupuncture on gross motor function and activities of daily living of children with cerebral palsy

目的:观察康复训练联合针刺治疗对脑瘫患儿粗大运动功能和日常生活能力的影响。方法:选取2019年3月至2021年6月该院收治的90例脑瘫患儿进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各45例。对照组采用常规康复训练,观察组在对照组基础上联合针刺治疗,比较两组干预前后运动功能[粗大日常运动功能量表(GMFM)]评分、日常生活能力[日常生活能力量表(ADL)]评分和临床疗效。结果:治疗后,两组GMFM评分和ADL评分均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为88.89%,高于对照组的66.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:康复训练联合针刺治疗脑瘫患儿可提高GMFM评分、ADL评分和治疗总有效率,优于单纯康复训练效果。

Objective: To observe effects of rehabilitation training combined with acupuncture on gross motor function and activities of daily living of children with cerebral palsy. Methods: 90 children with cerebral palsy admitted to this hospital from March 2019 to June 2021 were selected for the prospective study and were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method, 45 cases in each group. Both groups received routine nursing. The control group received rehabilitation training on this basis, while the observation group received acupuncture treatment on the basis of that of the control group. The motor function [gross motor function measure(GMFM)] score, the activity of daily living [activity of daily living scale(ADL)] score, and the total effective rate of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results: After the treatment, the GMFM scores and the ADL scores of the two groups were higher than those before the treatment, those of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Further, the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 88.89%, which was higher than 66.67% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusions: Rehabilitation training combined with acupuncture can improve the GMFM scores, the ADL scores and the total effective rate of treatment in the children with cerebral palsy. Moreover, it is superior to single rehabilitation training.
