摘要
公共场合佩戴口罩是当下应对新冠肺炎有效的防护方式,口罩耳带熔接是口罩加工过程中的一环,并直接影响口罩产线的生产效率及品质。本文分析了口罩耳带的熔接工艺,阐述了口罩耳带熔接控制系统的开发过程,利用TIA博途集成的STEP7和WinCC完成了口罩耳带熔接控制系统的设备组态、程序编写、触摸屏界面设计、软件仿真等,实现了口罩耳带熔接的自动化、口罩生产数据的可视化、操作系统的可调化。设计选用西门子S7-1200系列PLC及第二代精简面板触摸屏,通过通讯协议触摸屏可以访问、修改PLC中的数据,极大地提高了系统应对不同工业生产环境要求的适应性。
Wearing a mask in public is an effective way to protect against new crown pneumonia.Melting the ear straps of the mask is a part of the masks processing process,which directly affects the production efficiency and quality of the masks.This paper analyzed the bonding process of the mask earband,described the development process of the mask earband bonding control system,completed the device configuration,programming,touch screen interface design,software simulation of the mask earband bonding control system by using STEP7 and WinCC,which integrated TIA travel,and realized the automation of the mask earband bonding,the visualization of the mask production data,and the adjustability of the operating system.The design uses Siemens S7-1200 series PLC and the second generation compact panel touch screen.The data in the PLC can be accessed and modified through the communication protocol touch screen,which greatly improves the system’s adaptability to different industrial production environment requirements.
