探讨三菱PLC仿真软件教学效果

摘要 为进一步提升PLC实验教学实效,以实践为视角,分析当前PLC实验教学存在教学较为传统、实验教学不直观、理论知识理解难度大、教学过程不灵活的问题。并结合三菱仿真软件教学优势分析,以三菱 FX—TRN—BEG—C 仿真软件为例,探析该仿真软件在电机正反转、自动门控制系统设计实验教学中的应用,结果表明,应用三菱仿真软件开展PLC教学明显提升了学生的学习积极性;提升了实验学习的安全性;提高学习便利性,节约学习成本;提升了学生学习效率;有利于提升学生的创新思维能力。 In order to further improve the effectiveness of PLC experimental teaching,from the perspective of practice,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the current PLC experimental teaching,such as traditional teaching,non intuitive experimental teaching,difficult understanding of theoretical knowledge and inflexible teaching process.Combined with the analysis of the teaching advantages of Mitsubishi simulation software,taking Mitsubishi fx-trn-beg-c simulation software as an example,this paper analyzes the application of the simulation software in the experimental teaching of motor forward and reverse rotation and automatic door control system design.The results show that the application of Mitsubishi simulation software in PLC teaching obviously improves students’ learning enthusiasm;Improve the safety of experimental learning;Improve learning convenience and save learning cost;Improve students’ learning efficiency;It is conducive to improving students’ innovative thinking ability.
