摘要
本文通过分析带钢厂热带车间夹送辊存在的问题,对负载夹送辊电机及夹送辊电机控制柜等存在的缺陷进行设计与改造,提高设备运行的可靠性,降低设备的维护成本,在减轻工人劳动强度的同时,保证生产线产品较高的产量和质量。
This paper reformed the defects of load pinch roller motor and pinch roller motor control cabinet,improved the stability of equipment operation,reduced the cost of equipment maintenance,reduced the labor intensity of workers,and ensured the output and quality of production line products.
