摘要
本文详细介绍了某船厂6、7号涂装房VOCs处理设备的改造及应用。主要包括:6、7号涂装房VOCs设备(蜂窝活性炭吸附+CO催化氧化燃烧)的缺点分析;当前国内船厂涂装房新VOCs设备(沸石转轮+CO/RTO/RCO)的主流工艺。还研究了6、7号涂装房共用1套新沸石转轮+CO工艺VOCs设备的设计方案;并对采用该新设备的效果和经济性进行了评估;最后论述了6、7号涂装房VOCS采用沸石转轮+CO新设备的必要性、可行性和经济性。
This paper introduces the transformation and application of VOCs disposal equipment in No.6 and No.7 painting rooms of a shipyard,mainly including the analysis of the shortcomings of current VOCs disposal equipment in No.6 and No.7 painting rooms of the shipyard(honeycomb activated carbon adsorption+CO catalytic oxidation combustion),and the introduction of the mainstream process of VOCs disposal equipment in the painting room of the domestic shipyards(zeolite runner+CO/RTO/RCO).In addition,this paper studies the design scheme of sharing a set of the VOCs disposal equipment(zeolite runner+CO)under the working conditions of No.6 and No.7 painting rooms,and evaluates and analyzes the effect and economy of using a set of the VOCs disposal equipment(zeolite runner+CO).Finally,this paper discusses the necessity feasibility and economy of using the VOCs disposal equipment(zeolite runner+CO)under the current working conditions of No.6 and No.7 painting rooms.
