摘要 主推进轴系作为船舶正常运行的核心,一旦发生故障只能停机维修,所以对于主推进轴系健康诊断及提前预警尤为重要。为使轴系故障时能及时发出报警信号,使故障不继续恶化,本文基于微机电加速度传感器,设计出振动采集模块,以Modbus协议为基础在组态软件上开发了主推进轴系健康诊断系统,并建立不同故障类型与不同振动信号特征关系库,在系统发生故障时能第一时间判断故障类型发出报警,并对相应的数据进行存储,便于后续对设备状态进行分析。该健康诊断系统经天津港智能港作拖轮应用,证明运行可靠,主推进轴系异常时能及时发现并给出报警,方便管理人员及时排除故障。 As the core of the normal operation of the ship,the shafting can only be shut down for maintenance in case of failure,so it is particularly important for the health diagnosis and early warning of the main propulsion shafting.In order to send alarm signal timely when the shafting fails,so that the failure will not continue to deteriorate,this paper designs a vibration acquisition module based on the micro-electromechanical acceleration sensor,develops it to the main propulsion shafting health diagnosis system based on the configuration software and the Modbus protocol,and establishes the relationship between different fault types and different vibration signal characteristics,it can judge the fault type and give an alarm in the first time when the system fails,and also store the corresponding data to facilitate the subsequent system status analysis.It has been proved by the application in tugboats operating in Tianjin Port that the shafting health diagnosis system runs reliably,and can timely detect and give an alarm when the main propulsion shafting is abnormal,which is convenient for management personnel to eliminate hidden dangers in time.
