摘要
本文介绍通过半自动角焊机现场试验、工艺分析、调整使用方式等措施,使半自动角焊机拓展应用到上建分段的船台搭载制作。上建分段船台搭载时,替代手工CO_(2)焊,有效提高了分段搭载焊接效率,同时保障了焊接质量,降低人员操作技能水平要求,为造船企业提供工艺经验参考。
This paper introduces the extended application of the semi-automatic fillet welding machine in the slipway embarkation stage of superstructure blocks through field test,process analysis and adjustment of use mode,which replaces the manual CO_(2) welding,effectively improves the welding efficiency,ensures the welding quality and reduces the requirements for personnel operation skill level.Provide process experience reference for shipyard.
