摘要
基于船舶推进系统大型基座精加工后装焊对平面度要求特别高,以MW619系列87 m平台供应船可伸缩首推基座在分段阶段装焊及其精度控制为研究对象,对作业过程基座平面度精度控制与工艺研究予以总结,为后续船推进系统基座的建造与安装提供参考。
Based on the high flatness requirement for the fabrication and welding after finishing of the large base of ship propulsion system,taking the fabrication and precision control in block stage of the telescopic bow propeller base of MW619 series 87 m platform supply vessel as the research object,this paper summarizes the technology and application of precision control on flatness of the base,it provides reference for the subsequent construction and installation of propulsion system bases.
