某自升式风电安装平台高压液压管路系统安装工艺改进

摘要 目前液压系统是提供海洋平台升降动力的主流系统。在系统运行过程中,管路承受较大压力,一般采用管壁厚、管径大的不锈钢管。因管路自身特性,若按照普通船舶液压管路系统的制作和安装方法,往往会发生管路泄漏。本文以某自升式风电安装平台为案例,分析了引起高压管道泄漏的各种原因,提出了改进措施,保证了高压管道的安装质量。 Currently,hydraulic system is the mainstream system to provide lifting power for offshore platform.In the process of system operation,the pipeline is under high pressure,and the precision stainless steel pipe with thick wall and large diameter is generally adopted.Due to the characteristics of the pipeline,pipeline leakage often occurs during the pressure test and subsequent use of the hydraulic system if the conventional pipe production and installation method of hydraulic pipe system is adopted.In this paper,by taking a jack-up wind power installation platform as an example,the causes of high-pressure pipeline leakage are analyzed and improvement measures are put forward to ensure the installation quality of high-pressure pipeline.
