摘要 通过对某型舰消磁电流控制设备故障原因分析,指出电机扩大机控制绕组长期处于单方向的励磁状态,容易引起剩磁电压偏于一边或过大,造成在关机瞬间电机扩大机反向干扰电压对控制设备末级输出器件的影响,并提出相应改进措施。 Based on the cause analysis of the failure of a certain type of degaussing current controller,it is found that the control winding of the motor amplifier is in a unidirectional excitation state for a long time,which is easy to cause the residual magnetic voltage to be biased to one side or too large,thus the motor amplifier reversely interferes with the output device of the control equipment at the moment of shutdown.To solve the problems,this paper proposes the corresponding improvement measures.
