摘要
以无人机检验船舶航行信号灯的应用为研究对象,阐述了无人机应用于船舶建造领域,特别是在船台阶段对船舶航行信号灯的照射范围及角度进行检验,摒弃了传统的检验方法。无人机检验船舶航行信号灯在全国尚属首例,其提高了检验工作效率和质量,节省了试航时间和船舶建造成本,降低了检验人员的安全风险,本文采用的应用方案,可供后续船舶航行信号灯在船台检验提供参考。
This paper introduces the application of UAV in the inspection of ship light and describes the inspection of the illumination range and angle of ship light in the slipway stage,abandoning the traditional inspection method.Inspecting ship light by UAV is the first case in China,which improves the work efficiency,saves the sea trial time and ship construction cost,reduces the safety risk of on-site inspectors.It provides a reference for the subsequent inspection of ship lights on the slipway.
