摘要
目的面向国家新医科发展战略,为推进创新人才培养,文章对三维数字化软件在牙齿雕刻实验教学中的效果进行了评价,以期为新医科口腔人才培养模式提供借鉴经验。方法以广州医科大学口腔医学专业大二本科生为研究对象,随机分为两组交叉进行数字化授课和传统授课,分别对四次授课内容的牙齿雕刻成绩进行分析,同时课后发放问卷调查统计有效辅导时间等,评价教师教学效果。结果成绩对比结果显示,数字化教学中切牙和前磨牙雕刻成绩优于传统教学(P<0.05)。磨牙成绩差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),其中评分细节的外形雕刻和整体协调成绩数字化教学均高于传统教学,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。调查问卷显示数字化教学方式极大地提升了学生学习的兴趣,有利于牙体解剖知识点的识记和应用;统计有效辅导时间分析显示,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论三维数字化软件应用到牙齿雕刻实验教学中取得了良好的新医科教学成效,能够提高牙齿雕刻质量,可作为新医科口腔创新人才的培养模式,推进牙齿雕刻实验课程的创新改革。
Objective Facing the national new medical development strategy,in order to promote the cultivation of innovative persons,the article evaluates the effect of digital software applied in dental carving teaching,which provides a reference for the training model of new medical stomatology talents.Methods The second-year undergraduates majoring in stomatology in Guangzhou Medical University were randomly divided into two groups who were taught with the digital teaching method and the traditional teaching method.T-test was used to statistically analyze the dental carving scores of the four courses.Questionnaires were distributed after class and teachers counted effective tutoring time to evaluate the teaching effect.Results The results showed that the carving performance of incisors and premolars in digital teaching was better than that in traditional teaching(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the scores of molars(P>0.05).The scores of contour carving and overall coordination of scoring details in digital teaching were higher than those in traditional teaching,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The questionnaire shows that the digital teaching method has greatly enhanced the students'interest in learning,which is conducive to the memorization and application of dental anatomy knowledge points;The analysis of effective counseling time showed that there was a significant statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of digital software for dental carving experiment teaching has achieved good results in new medical education,which can improve the quality of dental carving.It can be used as a training model for new medical stomatology innovative talents and promote the innovative reform of dental carving experimental courses.
