情景模拟教学法在消化器官系统整合课程教学中的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的评估情景模拟教学在消化器官系统整合课程中的作用。方法选取2019年8月—2020年8月进入上海交通大学附属第一人民医院实习的临床医学院学生38名,随机分入研究组和对照组。研究组学生在理论授课、临床见习的基础上开展相同学时的情景模拟教学,对照组学生接受消化系统整合课程的常规教学。通过对比理论考核成绩及Mini-CEX和DOPS形式分别对比两组学生对消化系统知识链构建方面和对技能操作掌握方面的差异。结果研究组学生理论考核成绩显著高于对照组成绩,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Mini-CEX评分量表结果显示研究组学生在病史问询、体格检查等七个单项得分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。DOPS评分量表显示两组技能操作得分研究组显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组学生对课程设置的各项反馈均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论情景模拟教学法融入消化器官系统整合课程中,可以改善和提高整合课程的学习效率,达到熟练掌握知识技能的同时增强临床胜任力的效果。 Objective To evaluate the role of scenario simulation teaching in the course of digestive organ system integration.Methods 38 clinical medical students who entered the first people's Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiaotong University from August 2019 to August 2020 were selected and randomly divided into the research group and the control group.On the basis of theoretical teaching and clinical internship,the students in the research group carried out scenario simulation teaching while the students in the control group received routine teaching of digestive system integration course.By comparing the theoretical examination results and mini CEX and DOPS forms,the differences between the two groups of students in the construction of the digestive system knowledge chain and the mastery of skills operation were compared.Results The theoretical examination scores of the students in the research group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The results of mini CEX scoring scale showed that the seven individual scores of the students in the study group in medical history inquiry,physical examination and so on were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).DOPS score scale showed that the skill operation scores of the two groups were significantly higher in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05).The feedback of the students in the research group on the curriculum was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of scenario simulation teaching mode in digestive organ-system based curriculum can enhance the medical students to learn more efficiently and have a better performance on clinical skills.
