摘要
目的探讨在皮肤科临床教学中案例式协作教学法(case-based collaborative learning,CBCL)的应用效果。方法选取2020年9月—2021年2月锦州医科大学2016级64名临床医学本科生作为研究对象,按随机排列法分为研究组(CBCL组)32名和对照组(PBL组)32名。通过授课效果问卷调查和教学考核成绩(基础理论知识、临床病例分析和新进研究进展)综合评价教学效果。结果研究组学生认为CBCL教学模式可增加学习兴趣、增强医患沟通能力、提高临床思维能力、增强团队合作意识,对CBCL教学法满意,研究组和对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组教学考核分数明显高于对照组,两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CBCL教学模式可增加学习兴趣、增强医患沟通能力、提高临床思维能力、增强团队合作意识,提高教学质量及医学生的综合能力。
Objective To explore the application effect of case-based collaborative learning(CBCL)in clinical teaching of dermatology.Methods 64 clinical medical undergraduates of grade 2016 in Jinzhou Medical University from September 2020 to February 2021 were selected as the study subjects,and were randomly divided into the study group(CBCL group)and the control group(PBL group).The teaching effect is comprehensively evaluated through the teaching effect questionnaire survey and the teaching assessment results(basic theoretical knowledge,clinical case analysis and new research progress).Results the students in the study group thought that CBCL teaching mode could increase learning interest,enhance doctor-patient communication ability,improve clinical thinking ability,enhance team cooperation consciousness,and were satisfied with CBCL teaching method.The difference between the study group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching assessment scores of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion CBCL teaching mode can increase learning interest,enhance doctor-patient communication ability,improve clinical thinking ability,enhance team cooperation consciousness,improve teaching quality and comprehensive ability of medical students.
