案例教学法在非影像专业研究生磁共振教学中的应用 被引量:1

Application of Case-based Learning Teaching Method in MRI Teaching of Non-imaging Major Postgraduates

摘要 目的探讨在非影像临床专业型研究生的磁共振教学工作中应用案例教学法的效果及价值。方法2020年5月—2021年5月,合肥市安徽医科大学80名非影像临床专业型研究生作为观察对象,在知情前提下于中国科学技术大学附属第一医院进行临床专培。前40名进行专培者纳为对照组,按传统模式要求开展教学工作,后40名进行专培者纳为观察组,选择案例教学法开展教学工作。比较两组考核成绩,统计研究生对教学的评价满意度。结果相较于对照组研究生,观察组研究生在专培结束后的阅片考核成绩、理论考核成绩以及总的平均分均呈更高显示,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);根据满意度评价标准,观察组研究生在教学模式、临床分析能力等方面的满意度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于非影像临床专业型研究生的磁共振教学工作,案例教学法的应用可有效提高其阅片能力,丰富其理论知识,对于其自身综合水平的提升有积极效果,因此有着较高的应用价值,可加大推广力度。 Objective To explore the effect and value of applying case teaching method in MRI teaching of non-imaging clinical postgraduates.Methods From May 2020 to May 2021,80 non-imaging clinical postgraduate students from Anhui Medical University in Hefei City were observed as subjects,and under the premise of informed consent,they underwent clinical training in the First Affiliated Hospital of the University of Science and Technology of China.The first 40 special training students were selected as the control group,and the teaching work was carried out according to the requirements of the traditional model.The last 40 special training students were selected as the observation group,and the case teaching method was selected to carry out teaching work.The assessment scores of the two groups were compared,and the postgraduates'satisfaction with the teaching evaluation was counted.Results Compared with postgraduates in the control group,the postgraduates in the observation group had higher scores in the reading assessment,theoretical assessment,and total average scores after the completion of the training,indicating that there is a significant statistical difference between the groups(P<0.05)According to the satisfaction evaluation standard,the satisfaction scores of the postgraduates in the observation group in terms of teaching mode and clinical analysis ability were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For non-imaging clinical postgraduates'MRI teaching work,the application of case teaching method can effectively improve their reading ability,enrich their theoretical knowledge,and have a positive effect on the improvement of their own comprehensive level,so it has a higher application Value,can increase promotion efforts.
