CBL联合PBL教学法在普外科教学中的应用价值分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的评价以案例为基础的教学法(case based learning,CBL)联合以问题为基础的教学法(problem based learning,PBL)在普外科教学中的应用对提升教学效率的价值。方法收集2018年3月—2020年5月来锦州医科大学附属第一医院普外科参加实习的临床专业生资料展开系统研究,选出80名实习生按照电脑随机分配的方法将其分成两组,对照组接受传统教学法,观察组接受CBL联合PBL教学法,评价比较两组教学效果以及学生对教学的满意度。结果观察组实习生的理论成绩和临床操作成绩均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组实习生对教学方法的总满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组实习生日常综合能力评分结果明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在医院普外科实施临床带教中采取CBL联合PBL教学法能有效提升教学效率,进一步增强实习生的综合实践水平,值得临床推广采纳。 Objective To evaluate the value of the application of case based learning(CBL)combined with problem based learning(PBL)in general surgery teaching in improving teaching efficiency.Methods Collect the data of clinical professional students who came to the First Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University for internship in general surgery from March 2018 to May 2020 to carry out a systematic study,from which 80 interns were selected and divided into two groups according to the method of random computer allocation.The control group Accept the traditional teaching method,the observation group accepts the CBL combined PBL teaching mode,evaluate and compare the teaching effect of the two groups and students'satisfaction with teaching.Results The theoretical scores and clinical operation scores of the interns in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of interns in the observation group with teaching methods was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of interns'daily comprehensive ability in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The CBL combined with PBL teaching method in the implementation of clinical teaching in general surgery in hospitals can effectively improve teaching efficiency and further enhance the comprehensive practice level of interns,which is worthy of clinical promotion and adoption.
