摘要
目的探究神经外科护理带教中,应用分阶段目标教学法对教学质量及教学满意度的影响效果。方法选取2020年1—12月间在神经外科实习的76名护理人员为研究对象;结合实习护士入科时间的先后顺序,将2020年1—6月入科的35名实习护士纳入对照组;将2020年7—12月入科的41名实习护士纳入观察组;前者实施常规护理带教,后者则应用分阶段目标教学法进行护理带教;对比观察不同教学模式下两组实习护士的考核成绩及教学满意度。结果实习带教结束后,观察组实习护士的理论考核成绩、基础护理操作、专科护理操作以及护理程序考核成绩均明显高于对照组,且该组实习护士的学习满意度97.56%也显著高于对照组82.86%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在神经外科护理带教中,分阶段目标教学法能够有效提高临床带教质量,提高实习护士的专业能力和水平,同时教学满意度也能得到显著提升,对护理带教工作的开展有着重要意义。
Objective To explore the effect of applying staged target teaching method on teaching quality and teaching satisfaction in neurosurgery nursing teaching.Methods 76 nurses who practiced in neurosurgery from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects;According to the time sequence of the trainee nurses,35 trainee nurses admitted from January to June 2020 were included in the control group;41 intern nurses admitted from July to December were included in the observation group;The former carries out routine nursing teaching,while the latter applies phased target teaching method to carry out nursing teaching;To compare and observe the assessment results and teaching satisfaction of the two groups of practice nurses under different teaching modes.Results After the practice teaching,the theoretical examination scores,basic nursing operation,specialized nursing operation and nursing procedure examination scores of the intern nurses in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the learning satisfaction of the intern nurses in this group was 97.56%higher than that in the control group,82.86%,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing teaching of neurosurgery,the staged target teaching method can effectively improve the quality of clinical teaching,improve the professional ability and level of practice nurses,and at the same time,the teaching satisfaction can also be significantly improved.Therefore,it is of great significance to the development of nursing teaching.
