摘要
目的探讨以问题为基础的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)在妇产科临床护理带教中的应用效果。方法选取2019年5月—2020年12月于荆州市第二人民医院妇产科62名实习护生,基于随机数字表法分组,每组31名,对照组与观察组分别实施常规带教与问题式教学法,对两组考核成绩、实习护生自我评价、实习护生对教师的满意度进行比较。结果操作技能、理论知识评分方面,观察组评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。知识获取和利用能力改善、自主学习能力提高、语言表达能力增强、分析与推理问题能力提高、理论用于实践能力提高、团队合作精神提高率方面,观察组显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实习护生对带教老师满意度方面,对照组是77.42%,观察组是96.77%,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妇产科临床护理带教过程中,采用问题式教学法除了能够提高实习护生实践能力,丰富理论知识外,有助于师生关系改善,提高满意度,值得临床进一步研究。
Objective To explore the application effect of problem-based learning(PBL)teaching method in clinical nursing teaching of Obstetrics and gynecology.Methods From May 2019 to December 2020,62 nursing interns from the department of obstetrics and gynecology of the Second Hospital of Jingzhou were selected.Based on the random number table method,31 nursing interns in each group were divided into two groups.The control group and the observation group implemented the conventional teaching and problem-based teaching methods respectively.The assessment results,self-evaluation of nursing interns,and satisfaction of nursing interns with teachers were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of operation skills and theoretical knowledge in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).In terms of the improvement of knowledge acquisition and utilization ability,autonomous learning ability,language expression ability,ability to analyze and reason problems,ability to apply theory to practice,and team spirit,the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).In terms of the satisfaction of interns with teaching teachers,the control group was 77.42%,and the observation group was 96.77%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of clinical nursing teaching in gynecology and obstetrics,the problem-based teaching method can not only improve the practical ability of nursing students,enrich theoretical knowledge,but also help improve the relationship between teachers and students,improve satisfaction,which is worthy of further clinical research.
