摘要
目的观察在乳腺癌患者护理教学中目标引导式以问题为基础的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)的应用价值分析。方法将2019年6月—2020年1月于广州中医药大学第一附属医院乳腺科实习的护生总计18名,采取常规教学方法,设置为对照组。2020年12月—2021年5月于乳腺科实习的护生另18名开展目标引导式PBL教学法,设置为观察组。对比两组实习护士的学习情况。对比两组实习护士的学习情况。结果经教学后,专业理论、操作技能、病例分析以及病例书写评分对比,为观察组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理差错发生率中与患者接触过程中出现的差错以及非接触性差错发生率对比,为观察组更低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经教学后,团队协作能力、交流沟通能力、处理临床问题的综合能力、自主学习能力、团自评对学习兴趣提高率对比,为观察组更高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。学生对教学质量总满意率对比,为观察组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论目标引导式PBL教学法在乳腺癌患者护理教学中应用,可显著提高学生的学习能力以及学习效率,护生对队协作能力、交流沟通能力、处理临床问题的综合能力、自主学习能力、团自评对学习兴趣均显著提高,学生对教学满意度较高,临床应用价值显著。
Objective To observe the application value of target guided PBL teaching method in nursing teaching of breast cancer patients.Methods A total of 18 nursing students who practiced in the Breast Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2019 to January 2020 were set as the control group with conventional teaching methods.From December 2020 to May 2021,another 18 nursing students who practiced in the breast department carried out the goal guided PBL teaching method and were set as the observation group.The learning situation of the two groups of trainee nurses was compared.The learning situation of the two groups of trainee nurses was compared.Results After teaching,the scores of professional theory,operation skills,case analysis and case writing were higher in the observation group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The incidence of nursing errors in the observation group was lower than that in the patient contact process and non-contact errors,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After teaching,the improvement rate of team cooperation ability,communication ability,comprehensive ability to deal with clinical problems,autonomous learning ability,and group self-evaluation on learning interest was higher in the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The students'satisfaction with teaching quality was higher in the observation group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of goal-directed PBL teaching method in nursing teaching of breast cancer patients can significantly improve students'learning ability and learning efficiency.Nursing students'team cooperation ability,communication ability,comprehensive ability to deal with clinical problems,independent learning ability,team self-assessment and interest in learning are significantly improved.Students are highly satisfied with teaching and have significant clinical application value.
