基于“互联网+”翻转课堂在临床教学中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 目的分析呼吸与危重症医学科室临床教学中使用基于“互联网+”的翻转课堂的应用效果。方法滨州医学院附属医院2019年1—12月开展常规教学,接收临床医学专业实习生120名作为对照组,于2020年1—12月开展基于“互联网+”的翻转课堂,接受实习生120名作为研究组,就实习生的教学效果、自主学习能力进行组间对比。结果研究组实习生技能操作(93.34±2.84)分、理论知识(92.45±3.27)分、均高于对照组(84.15±3.19)分、(82.46±3.64)分,同时研究组实习生自主学习能力各项评分:人际沟通(21.54±1.76)分、学习动机(21.76±1.81)分、计划与实施(22.05±1.75)分、自我管理(22.17±1.67)分及总分(90.84±2.76)分均高于对照组(17.65±2.41)分、(18.24±2.15)分、(17.95±2.41)分、(18.64±2.38)分、(81.54±3.41)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在呼吸与危重症医学科室临床教学中开展基于“互联网+”的翻转课堂,能有效提升临床教学效果,促使实习生养成自主学习的良好习惯。 Objective To analyze the application effect of the"Internet+"-based flipped classroom in clinical teaching in the Department of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine.Methods The Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical College will carry out regular teaching from January to December 2019,and will receive 120 clinical medical interns as the control group.From January to December 2020,conduct flipped classrooms based on"Internet+"and accept internships.120 students were used as a research group to compare the teaching effect and independent learning ability of interns.Results The scores of skill operation(93.34±2.84)points and theoretical knowledge(92.45±3.27)points scores of the interns in the research group were higher than those of the control group(84.15±3.19)points and(82.46±3.64)points.At the same time,the interns in the research group studied independently Ability scores:interpersonal communication(21.54±1.76)points,learning motivation(21.76±1.81)points,planning and implementation(22.05±1.75)points,self-management(22.17±1.67)points and total points(90.84±2.76)points All higher than the control group(17.65±2.41)points,(18.24±2.15)points,(17.95±2.41)points,(18.64±2.38)points,(81.54±3.41)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The"Internet+"-based flipped classroom in clinical teaching in respiratory and critical care medicine departments can effectively improve the clinical teaching effect and encourage interns to develop a good habit of independent learning.
