摘要
目的分析骨髓细胞形态学实习带教综合性带教的应用价值。方法2018年6月—2020年8月在滨州医学院附属医院实习的90名医学检验专业学生作为研究对象,采用随机抽取的方式将学生分为对照组和试验组,每组均分学生45名。对照组实施传统讲授式带教,根据教学大纲中的内容进行带教,每周末为学生进行实习情况总结。试验组应用综合性带教,为学生实施血液病整体过程以及血细胞各阶段特征讲解,使实习生了解细胞分化过程。比较两组学生骨髓细胞形态辨认考试成绩以及理论成绩、实践成绩予以比较分析。结果试验组学生粒系系统、红系系统以及淋巴、单核及其他细胞辨认考试成绩均高于对照组,试验组学生理论成绩、实践成绩显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在骨髓细胞形态学临床带教中采用综合性带教模式使学生综合考试成绩提升,值得应用及推广。
Objective To analyze the application value of comprehensive teaching in the practice teaching of bone marrow cell morphology.Methods From June 2018 to August 2020,90 medical laboratory students practicing in the Binzhou Medical University Hospital were taken as the research objects.The students were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,with 45 students in each group.The control group carried out traditional teaching-style teaching,taught according to the content in the syllabus,and summarized the internship situation for students every weekend.The experimental group applies comprehensive teaching to explain the overall process of blood diseases and the characteristics of each stage of blood cells for students,so that interns can understand the cell differentiation process;combine theoretical knowledge with clinical practice to guide students.The scores of the bone marrow cell morphology recognition test,theoretical scores,and practical scores of the two groups of students were compared and analyzed.Results The scores of the granule system,erythroid system,lymphatic,mononuclear and other cell identification examinations of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group.The theoretical and practical scores of the control group were significantly lower than those of the experimental group.The comparison was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive teaching model used in the clinical teaching of bone marrow cell morphology can improve students'comprehensive examination scores,which is worthy of application and promotion.
