摘要
目的探讨符合时代需求,具有护理专业特色的创业新创业课程—护理公司设计的建设方案。方法2020年6月—2021年6月,结合“大创”政策和创业理论及方法,构建适合老年护理产业的护理公司设计课程基本框架。依据成果导向教育(outcome based education,OBE),以学生学习成果为导向,对教学大纲进行“反向设计”,并编制专家访谈提纲。通过专家论证确定该课程的建设方案。结果形成了8学时理论课程,24学时实践课程的教学内容,配套多元式教学方法(讨论、观摩、答辩等),重视过程性评价(70%)的教学方案。结论通过此研究成果提升护理本科生的创新创业能力,指导学生积极参与“大创”项目,设计护理公司,最终更好地服务社会。
Objective To explore the construction scheme of nursing company design,a new entrepreneurial course which meets the needs of the times and has the characteristics of nursing specialty.Methods From June 2020 to June 2021,the basic framework of nursing company design courses suitable for the elderly care industry will be constructed in combination with the"big innovation"policy and entrepreneurship theory and methods.According to the outcome based education(OBE),the teaching syllabus is"reverse designed"based on the students'learning achievements,and the expert interview outline is prepared.The construction scheme of the course is determined through expert argumentation.Results The curriculum teaching plan of"8 class hours of theoretical courses,24 class hours of practical courses,corresponding to multiple teaching methods(discussion,observation,defense,etc.),and emphasizing process evaluation(70%)"were formed.Conclusion Through the research results,we can improve the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of nursing undergraduates,guide students to actively participate in"big innovation"projects,design nursing companies,and ultimately better serve the society.
