浅谈早期临床暴露在长学制医学生血液病教学中的应用与意义

Discussion the Application and Significance of Early Clinical Exposure in the Teaching of Hematology for Long-term Medical Students

长学制医学生教育是我国医学教育模式改革的试验田和热点领域,相较传统的“5+3+X”培养模式,目前仍存在总体开办时间相对较短、临床医学学习开始较晚、临床总学时相对较短、课程总量多且部分课程与医学无关等问题,极大地限制了长学制医学教育的发展。血液病学相较其他内科学专业,具有专科性强、知识难懂、轮转时间短等问题。长学制和血液病学的特殊性,尤为限制了长学制医学生对血液病学的学习及后期职业规划选择血液病学专业的可能。长学制血液病学早期临床暴露指在早期教育阶段,给医学生提供各种早期接触血液病学的机会,这是改善上述问题的重要探索方式之一。文章介绍了苏州大学附属第一医院血液科对长学制医学教学过程中实行早期临床暴露教学模式的探索,为促进医学教育发展、血液学科传承、医学生学习和职业规划等提供依据。

Long-term program medical student education is the experimental field and hotspot in the domain of medical education model reformation in China.Compared with the traditional"5+3+X"medical training program,long-term training program still have many shortcomings,including relatively late of medical study starting time,relatively short of clinical total training hours,a large number of courses and some courses have nothing to do with medicine.Based on these reasons,the development of Chinese long-term program medical education has been greatly restricted.Besides,hematology has the characteristics such as strong specialization,difficult to understand,short rotation time,et al compared with other internal medicine majors.The specialities of the long-term program and hematology have limited the hematology study and later career chosen.Early clinical exposure of hematology for long-term program medical students refers to providing various opportunities for students to expose to hematology in the early stage of medical learning.This is one of the important exploration ways to improve the above problems.The article introduces the exploration of the teaching model in hematology education of the First Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University on the early clinical exposure in the long-term program medical students,and provides a basis for promoting the development of medical education,the inheritance of the hematology discipline,the learning and career planning of medical students.
