摘要
柔性制造系统的调度场景具有复杂多变的调度特征。考虑一般调度系统对不同特征的调度场景不具有复用性,提出了一种基于优先级算法的规则可配置通用调度框架。通过配置不同的规则应对不同的调度场景,分析并处理系统扰动,确保调度方案具有较好的鲁棒性。开发规则配置的调度系统,并在某航空企业的生产线上进行应用验证,证明了所提方法具有可行性。
The scheduling scenarios of flexible manufacturing systems have complex and changeable scheduling characteristics.Considering that general scheduling systems do not have re-usability for scheduling scenarios with different characteristics,this paper proposes a rule-configurable general scheduling framework based on priority rule algorithm.Different scheduling scenarios can be dealt with by configuring different rules with the scheduling framework.The system disturbance is analyzed and processed,which makes the scheduling scheme have better robustness.The scheduling system of rule configuration is developed and the application verification is carried out on several production lines of an aviation enterprise,which proves the feasibility of the method proposed in this paper.
