摘要
为解决玻璃传送过程中效率低和破损率高等问题,设计了一款玻璃传送机。使用SolidWorks软件对玻璃传送机进行建模,借助机械系统动力学自动分析(Automatic Dynamic Analysis of Mechanical Systems,ADAMS)多体动力学软件,建立整机刚柔耦合动力学模型,分析固定板在运转过程中对玻璃传送机稳定性的影响。结果表明,虽然玻璃传送机在传送过程中柔性部件会因振动产生变形,但是会在短暂的波动后稳定,不会对传送过程造成太大影响,验证了玻璃传送机结构的合理性,并为结构的优化提供了重要支持。
In order to solve the problems of low efficiency and high damage rate in the process of glass conveying, a glass conveyor is designed. The SolidWorks software is used to model the glass conveyor. With the help of Automatic Dynamic Analysis of Mechanical Systems(ADAMS) multi-body dynamics software, the rigid flexible coupling dynamic model of the whole machine is established, and the influence of the fixed plate on the stability of the glass conveyor during operation is analyzed. The results show that although the flexible parts of the glass conveyor will deform due to vibration during transmission, they will stabilize after short fluctuation,The rationality of the structure of the glass conveyor is verified and important support is provided for the optimization of its structure.
