摘要 建筑工程中,机电深化设计与建筑物的土建结构形式、钢结构设计、幕墙设计、给排水设计以及精装修设计等会产生一定的交叉影响。因此,机电深化设计不仅会影响机电安装,还会影响整个建筑工程施工的进度管理、成本控制、质量管理以及安全管理等。从大型公共建筑机电深化设计的角度出发,探讨其与结构、建筑、钢结构以及精装修等分项工程深化设计的协同,介绍协同设计时需要着重关注的内容,旨在通过强化机电深化与其他多专业的协同设计,保障大型公共建筑工程项目的整体建设质量。 In architectural engineering, electromechanical deepening design has a certain cross-influence with civil structure form, steel structure design, curtain wall design, water supply and drainage design and finishing design. Therefore, it will not only affect the electrical and mechanical installation, but also affect the construction of the entire construction progress management,cost control, quality management and safety management. From the perspective of electromechanical deepening design of large-scale public buildings, this paper discusses its collaboration with the deepening design of sub projects such as structure,architecture, steel structure and fine decoration, and introduces the contents that need to be paid attention to in collaborative design, aiming to ensure the overall construction quality of large-scale public building projects by strengthening electromechanical deepening and other multidisciplinary collaborative design.
