加工大直径深盲内孔的专用夹具设计

摘要 夹具按工艺用途分为专用夹具、通用夹具和组合夹具等。为了降低加工成本,提高加工效率,金属切削加工中采用计算机数控车床(Computerised Numerical Control,CNC)加工大直径深盲内孔。通过实例分析可知,专用的夹具不仅能保证加工质量,还有利于提高生产率,降低生产成本。 Fixtures can be divided into special fixtures, general fixtures and combined fixtures according to process use. In order to reduce the processing cost and improve the processing efficiency, Computerised Numerical Control(CNC) lathes are used in metal cutting to process deep and large diameter blind holes. Through the example analysis, the special fixture can not only ensure the processing quality, but also improve the productivity and reduce the production cost.
