摘要
在传统的三自由度平台基础上进行优化设计,选用丝杠滑块、气缸、减震以及绞球等多个机构作为三自由度平台的核心部件进行设计,同时基于可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable Logic Controller,PLC)设计三自由度平台的控制系统,完成气缸的带行程检测时间、速度双向间接控制回路设计,进一步提高了气动机构的控制精度,保证了仿真结果的精准度。
Based on the traditional three-degree-of-freedom platform, this paper optimizes the design of the three-degree-offreedom platform. At the same time, the control system of three-degree-of-freedom platform is designed based on Programmable Logic Controller(PLC), and the time and speed indirect control loop with stroke detection of cylinder is designed to further improve the control precision of pneumatic mechanism, to ensure the accuracy of the simulation results.
