水利工程中,水工钢闸门制作和安装质量管控至关重要,其中焊接质量尤为关键。加强水工钢闸门制作过程中的焊接质量控制,对提高整体工程质量具有显著影响,关系着工程建设的实际效益。鉴于此,结合四川省杨房沟工程1#导流洞封堵门制作经验,分析水工钢闸门制作过程中焊接质量的控制措施,从而保证焊接效果,为水工钢闸门制作过程中的焊接作业提供参考与借鉴。

In hydraulic engineering, it is very important to control the manufacturing and installation quality of hydraulic steel gate,especially the welding quality. By strengthening the welding quality control effect in the manufacturing process of hydraulic steel gate, the overall quality of the project is significantly affected, which is related to the actual benefits of the project construction.In view of this, this paper analyzes the control measures of welding quality in the manufacturing process of hydraulic steel gate in combination with the manufacturing experience of 1# diversion tunnel plugging gate of Yangfanggou project in Sichuan, in order to ensure the welding effect and provide reference for the welding operation in the manufacturing process of hydraulic steel gate.
