电解磨削加工注射器针尖工艺研究

摘要 将电解磨削工艺应用于一次性注射器针尖的加工,通过工艺试验探究主要加工参数对加工质量的影响规律,在加工电压为9 V、进给速度为0.5 mm·s、切深为40μm的条件下,实现了S304注射器针尖的无毛刺加工。相较于传统机械磨削,所提的加工方法能有效解决加工注射器针尖易产生毛刺这一大制约生产力的痛点,在实现无毛刺加工的同时,提高针尖的生产效率。 Electro-Chemical Grinding process is used for syringe needle tips machining in this article. The technological rules of how main parameters affect the processing quality are explored through experiments. Needle tips of S304 are processed without burrs at 9 V for voltage, 0.5 mm·sfor feed speed, and 40 μm for cut depth. Comparing with traditional mechanical grinding, the method proposed in this paper can observably overcome the difficulty that burrs are easily generated in needles processing, which limits productivity. Production efficiency of needle tips is also improved while achieving burr-free processing.
