摘要 针对某型测控天线在天线结构检查维护中发现的散热风机控制异常问题,通过故障排查,深入分析可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable Logic Controller,PLC)内部逻辑控制程序和驱动柜内部器件工作层级及其相互影响的控制关系。利用PLC程序论证了散热风机控制异常问题的根源,成功解决了问题,并对散热风机控制电路和PLC内部程序进行了调整和优化,有效减少了相关隐患。 Aiming at the abnormal control problem of the radiator fan found in the inspection and maintenance of the antenna structure of a certain type of measurement and control antenna, through fault investigation, the internal of Programmable Logic Controller(PLC) and the working program of the internal device of the drive cabinet and the control relationship between them are deeply analyzed. The PLC is used to demonstrate the root cause of the abnormal control problem of the radiator fan, and the problem is successfully disposed. The control circuit of the radiator fan and the PLC internal logic control program are optimized,which effectively reduces the hidden dangers of related problems.
