摘要
激光剥线是一种非接触式加工,具有高效率和高精度的特点。基于示教器人性化、图形化输入方式和可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable Logic Controller,PLC)的高可靠性、编程灵活的特点,设计了YLP激光剥线控制系统,且仿真实验及现场测试均达到了预期效果。文章详细阐述系统的硬件构成、工作原理以及功能特性等,并重点论述控制器与PLC之间的通信部分、激光器能量调节部分的设计。
A YLP Laser wire stripping system combined with the demonstrator and Programmable Logic Controller(PLC)is designed based on PLC high reliability,advanced control technology and demonstrator’s friendly interface and flexible configuration programming.Satisfactory results have been obtained through simulation experiments and field test.The working principle,hardware construction,software program and function characteristics of the laser wire stripping system were expounded in detail.And the communication between controller and PLC,the design of laser energy regulation is discussed deeply.
