基于组合赋权逼近理想解排序法—物元可拓模型的农业园区综合能源系统评价 被引量:6

摘要 针对农业园区综合能源系统评价中采用单一评价法造成主观意识强、结果不全面的问题,提出了一种基于组合赋权优劣解距离法-物元可拓(technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution-matter-element extension, TOPSIS-MEE)模型农业园区综合能源系统评价的方法。首先,根据农业园区综合能源系统架构建立了包括经济性、技术性、环保性3个一级指标和14个二级指标的指标体系,并通过改进的层次分析法-CRITIC(analytic hierarchy process, AHP-CRITIC)组合法分别对主、客观性指标赋权,采用最小鉴别信息原理得到各指标综合权重,避免单一赋权的缺陷;其次,通过物元可拓(MEE)模型优化了优劣解距离法(TOPSIS),提升了方法的适用性,并对评价方案进行等级判定和排序;最后,以某农业园区的3种规划方案为实例进行验证。结果表明,3种方案特征值分别为3.122 4、3.243 6、3.423 3,相较于未优化前的结果方案1和方案2有明显的等级区分,因此所提方法能够对农业园区综合能源系统科学有效的评价,评价结果符合实际,可信度高。 Aiming at the problem of strong subjective consciousness and incomplete results caused by the single evaluation method in the integrated energy system evaluation of agricultural parks,a method for comprehensive energy system evaluation of agricultural parks based on the combined weighted(technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution-matter-element extension(TOPSIS-MEE)model was proposed.Firstly,according to the comprehensive energy system structure of the agricultural park,an in-dex system including 3 first-level indicators and 14 second-level indicators of economy,technology and environmental protection was es-tablished,and the subjective and objective indicators were assigned respectively through the improved analytic hierarchy process-CRITIC(AHP-CRITIC)combination method.The principle of minimum discriminant information was used to obtain the comprehensive weight of each index to avoid the defect of single weight.Secondly,the matter element extension(MEE)theory was used to improve the technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution(TOPSIS),which improves the applicability of the method,and conducts rank judgment and ranking of the evaluation schemes.Finally,the three planning schemes of an agricultural park were used as exam-ples for verification.The results show that the eigenvalues of the three schemes are 3.1224,3.2436,and 3.4233,respectively.The proposed method can scientifically and effectively evaluate the comprehensive energy system of agricultural parks,and the evaluation results are in line with reality and have high reliability.
