动态心电图、MSCT心肌灌注成像在诊断冠心病心肌缺血中的应用价值对比

Comparison of Holter Monitor and MSCT Myocardial Perfusion Imaging in the Diagnosis of Coronary Artery Disease with Myocardial Ischemia

目的:为了分析动态心电图、MSCT心肌灌注成像在诊断冠心病心肌缺血中的应用价值。方法:选取2020年4月~2022年4月本院收治的63例疑似冠心病心肌缺血患者为观察对象,对所有患者均分别进行动态心电图和MSCT心肌灌注成像检查,然后对患者进行核素心肌灌注显像检查,以核素心肌灌注显像检查结果作为诊断金标准对动态心电图和MSCT心肌灌注成像检查效能进行评价。结果:MSCT心肌灌注成像的诊断灵敏度和准确度分别为88.10%(37/42)和87.30%(55/63),均显著高于动态心电图的69.05%(29/42)和71.43%(45/63)(P<0.05);MSCT心肌灌注成像的诊断特异度为85.71%(18/21),高于动态心电图的76.19%(16/21),但是组间无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:MSCT心肌灌注成像相比动态心电图在冠心病心肌缺血诊断中具有更高的应用价值。

Objective:To analyze the value of Holter monitor and MSCT myocardial perfusion imaging in the diagnosis of myocardial ischemia in coronary heart disease.Methods:63 patients with suspected myocardial ischemia of coronary heart disease from April 2020 to April 2022 were selected,all patients underwent Holter Monitor and MSCT myocardial perfusion imaging,followed by radionuclide myocardial perfusion imaging,the results of radionuclide myocardial perfusion imaging were used as the gold standard to evaluate the efficacy of Holter monitor and MSCT myocardial perfusion imaging.Results:The diagnostic sensitivity and accuracy of MSCT myocardial perfusion imaging were 88.10%(37/42)and 87.30%(55/63),respectively,which were significantly higher than 69.05%(29/42)and 71.43%(45/63)of dynamic ECG(P<0.05);The diagnostic specificity of MSCT myocardial perfusion imaging was 85.71%(18/21),which was higher than 76.19%(16/21)of Holter monitor,but there was no significant difference between groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:MSCT myocardial perfusion imaging is more valuable than Holter monitor myocardial perfusion imaging in the diagnosis of myocardial ischemia in coronary heart disease.
