超声在甲状腺癌颈部淋巴结转移临床诊断中的应用分析

Application and Analysis of Ultrasound in Clinical Diagnosis of Cervical Lymph Node Metastasis of Thyroid Cancer

目的:分析超声检查在甲状腺癌颈部淋巴结转移诊断中应用效果。方法:随机选取2019年3月~2020年3月份本院90名患者作为研究对象,将其分为对照组与观察组,每组有患者45例。对照组采取CT检查方法,观察组实施超声检查方式。比较两组检出颈部淋巴结平均个数、诊断效果、病理诊断结果。结果:观察组超声检测颈部淋巴结个数检出率、诊断效果、病理诊断结果等均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:实施超声检查对患者甲状腺颈部淋巴结转移诊断效果良好,具有较高的检出率,提高诊断准确性。

Objective:To analyze the effect of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of cervical lymph node metastasis of thyroid cancer.Methods:A random selection of 90 patients in our hospital from March 2019 to March 2020 were divided into a control group and an experimental group,with 45 patients in each group.The control group adopted CT examination method,and the observation group carried out ultrasound examination method.The average number of cervical lymph nodes detected,the diagnostic effect,and the pathological diagnosis results were compared between the two groups.Results:The detection rate,diagnostic effect and pathological diagnosis results of cervical lymph nodes in the experimental group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of ultrasonography has a good diagnostic effect on patients with thyroid cervical lymph node metastasis,has a high detection rate,and improves the diagnostic accuracy.
