微创经皮肾镜和大通道经皮肾镜治疗肾结石的疗效比较

Comparison of Minimally Invasive Percutaneous Nephroscopy and Large Channel Percutaneous Nephroscopy in the Treatment of Renal Calculi

目的:研究比较肾结石用微创经皮肾镜与大通道经皮肾镜治疗方法的临床疗效。方法:以电脑随机抽样的方法为主,选择2019年3月~2020年3月接受肾结石治疗的患者共计66例,将其划分为对照组(33例,大通道经皮肾镜治疗方法)与观察组(33例,微创经皮肾镜治疗方法),对两组不同治疗方法的临床效果展开分析。结果:在手术时间、术前与术后血红蛋白下降值、结石大小等对比方面,观察组与对照组差异较小,不具有统计学意义,P>0.05;在手术出血量、一次性结石取出率方面,观察组均好于对照组,两组对比差异性显著,P<0.05;观察组不良反应发生率达到6.06%(2/33),相较于对照组的27.27%(9/33)明显偏低,组间对比有意义,P<0.05。结论:在临床肾结石疾病治疗中,应用微创经皮肾镜治疗干预方法,可控制手术出血量,保障手术的安全性,提高一次性结石取出率。

Objective:To study and compare the clinical efficacy of minimally invasive percutaneous nephroscopy and large channel percutaneous nephroscopy in the treatment of renal calculi.Methods:A total of 66 patients with renal calculi from March 2019 to March 2020 were selected and divided into reference group(33 cases,large channel percutaneous nephroscopy)and observation group(33 cases,minimally invasive percutaneous nephroscopy).The clinical effects of different treatment methods in the two groups were analyzed.Results:There was little difference between the observation group and the reference group in operation time,preoperative and postoperative hemoglobin decline,stone size and so on,P>0.05;In terms of surgical bleeding and one-time stone removal rate,the observation group was better than the reference group,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05);The probability of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.06%(2/33),which was significantly lower than that in the reference group 27.27%(9/33).The comparison between groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical treatment of renal stone diseases,the application of minimally invasive percutaneous nephroscopy can control the amount of surgical bleeding,ensure the safety of surgery,and improve the one-time stone removal rate.
