气压治疗仪预防脑卒中偏瘫患者下肢深静脉血栓形成效果分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:分析气压治疗仪预防脑卒中偏瘫患者下肢深静脉血栓形成效果。方法:选择2019年4月~2020年4月本院收治的51例脑卒中偏瘫患者为研究对象,随机分为2组,对照组(25例)采用常规治疗,观察组(26例)在对照组治疗的基础上使用气压治疗仪,比较两组患者的治疗效果,包括血流速度、下肢静脉血栓形成情况、治疗后凝血指标等。结果:对照组股静脉血流峰速(44.65±8.16)cm/s、腘静脉血流峰速(24.68±4.49)cm/s、平均(26.86±5.14)cm/s;观察组股静脉血流峰速(57.65±7.54)cm/s、腘静脉血流峰速(37.49±5.47)cm/s、平均(33.49±6.82)cm/s,对照组明显低于观察组(P<0.05);对照组下肢深静脉血栓形成率为32.00%,观察组为3.85%,两组比较观察组较低(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)、血小板计数(PC)均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:预防脑卒中偏瘫患者下肢深静脉血栓形成在常规治疗方式上联合采用气压治疗仪进行治疗,有助于提升治疗效果,改善血流速度,达到预防下肢深静脉血栓形成的目的。 Objective:To analyze the effect of air pressure therapy instrument on preventing deep vein thrombosis in patients with stroke and hemiplegia.Methods:51 patients with stroke and hemiplegia admitted to our hospital from April 2019 to April 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into 2 groups.The control group(25 cases)was treated with conventional treatment,and the observation group(26 cases)was in the control group.On the basis of group treatment,air pressure therapy instrument was used to compare the treatment effects of the two groups of patients,including blood flow velocity,venous thrombosis of the lower extremities,and coagulation indicators after treatment.Results:The peak femoral venous blood flow velocity of the control group was(44.65±8.16)cm/s,the popliteal venous peak blood velocity was(24.68±4.49)cm/s,and the average blood flow velocity was(26.86±5.14)cm/s;The peak femoral venous blood flow velocity of the observation group was(57.65±7.54)cm/s,and the popliteal venous blood velocity peaked(37.49±5.47)cm/s,the average blood flow velocity of(33.49±6.82)cm/s,the control group was significantly lower than the observation group(P<0.05);The deep vein thrombosis rate of the lower limbs in the control group was 32.00%,and the observation group was 3.85%,which was lower than the observation group(P<0.05);After treatment,the prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),fibrinogen(FIB)and platelet count(PC)of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:To prevent deep venous thrombosis of the lower extremities in patients with stroke and hemiplegia,combined with the use of air pressure therapy in the conventional treatment,will help improve the treatment effect,improve the blood flow speed,and achieve the purpose of preventing deep venous thrombosis of the lower extremities.
