血液透析仪在尿毒症患者治疗中的应用效果分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究血液透析仪在尿毒症患者治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取2016年1月~2018年1月本院收治的64例尿毒症患者为研究对象,应用随机数字表法将患者分为两组。对照组患者采用小剂量泼尼松进行治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上应用血液透析仪进行血液透析治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后的各项生化指标、炎症因子以及生存率。结果:治疗前两组患者的各项生化指标和炎症因子差异均无显著差异(P>0.05)。治疗后观察组的肌酐、尿素氮、中分子物质和甲状旁腺素水平均显著优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组的C反应蛋白、白介素-6和肿瘤坏死因子均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组1年生存率和2年生存率高于对照组,但是组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组3年生存率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:血液透析仪治疗尿毒症患者疗效显著。 Objective:To study the application effect of hemodialysis instrument in the treatment of uremia patients.Methods:64 cases of uremic patients in our hospital were selected as the research objects,and the patients were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with small dose of prednisone,and the study group was treated with hemodialysis on the basis of the control group.The biochemical indexes and inflammatory factors and survival rate of the two groups were observed.Results:There was no significant difference in biochemical indexes and inflammatory factors between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of creatinine,urea nitrogen,medium molecular substances and parathyroid hormone in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the levels of C-reactive protein,interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The 1-year survival rate and 2-year survival rate of the study group were higher than those of the control group,but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The 3-year survival rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hemodialysis is effective in the treatment of uremic patients.
