3.0T磁共振弥散加权成像测定ADC值与前列腺癌患者组织学分级、预后的关系分析

Relationship Between ADC Value Measured By 3.0T Diffusion Weighted Imaging and Histological Grade and Prognosis of Patients With Prostate Cancer

目的:观察3.0T磁共振弥散加权成像在前列腺癌患者中的应用价值。方法:选取医院收治的前列腺癌患者92例,观察不同组织学分级的病灶ADC值及二者之间关系,比较不同预后病灶ADC值及与预后的关系。结果:前列腺癌患者Gleason评分≥8分者ADC值明显低于7分者、≤6分者(P<0.05);前列腺癌患者组织学分级与病灶ADC值存在明显负相关关系(P<0.05);肿瘤直径、临床分期、分化程度、淋巴结转移、病灶ADC值是前列腺癌患者预后的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:3.0T磁共振弥散加权成像测定ADC值与前列腺癌患者组织学分级具有一定相关性,可用于评估前列腺癌预后。

Objective:To observe the application value of 3.0T diffusion weighted magnetic resonance imaging in patients with prostate cancer.Methods:92 patients with prostate cancer were selected to observe the ADC value of lesions with different histological grades and the relationship between them.The ADC value of lesions with different prognosis and the relationship between ADC value and prognosis were compared.Results:The ADC value of prostate cancer patients with Gleason score≥8 points was significantly lower than those with 7 points and≤6 points(P<0.05);There was a significant negative correlation between the histological grade of prostate cancer patients and the ADC value of lesions(P<0.05);Tumor diameter,clinical stage,degree of differentiation,lymph node metastasis,and ADC value of lesions were the prognostic factors of prostate cancer patients(P<0.05).Conclusion:The ADC value measured by 3.0T magnetic resonance diffusion-weighted imaging has a certain correlation with the histological grade of prostate cancer patients,and can be used to evaluate the prognosis of prostate cancer.
