腹腔镜监护下吸宫术治疗子宫瘢痕处妊娠的效果

Effect of Uterine Suction Under Laparoscopic Monitoring in the Treatment of Pregnancy in Uterine Scar

目的:研究腹腔镜监护下吸宫术联合药物治疗子宫瘢痕处妊娠的临床效果。方法:选取2018年9月~2019年9月本院收治的150例子宫瘢痕妊娠患者,按治疗方式的不同,随机分为三组,每组各50例。对照1组采用单纯药物治疗的方式,对照2组采用吸宫术联合药物治疗的方式,观察组采用腹腔镜监护下吸宫术联合药物治疗的方式。对三组的各项临床数据和治疗效果观察后进行对比分析。结果:比较住院费用,对照1组显著低于另外两组;在住院时长、阴道出血时长和β-HCG(人绒毛膜促性腺激素)恢复时长上,观察组与对照1组、对照2组两组相比时间更短,治疗总有效率最高,具有差异性(P<0.05)。观察组没有发生妊娠物残留情况,发生率低于对照1组、对照2组的妊娠残留物发生率2.00%、2.00%,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:对子宫瘢痕处妊娠患者采用腹腔镜监护下吸宫术联合药物的方式能取得更好的治疗效果,而且治愈率更高,值得临床应用。

Objective:To study the clinical effect of laparoscopic assisted uterine aspiration combined with drugs in the treatment of pregnancy in uterine scar.Methods:150 patients with uterine scar pregnancy admitted in our hospital from September 2018 to September 2019 were randomly divided into three groups according to different treatment methods,with 50 cases in each group.The control group 1 was treated with simple drug therapy,the control group 2 was treated with uterine aspiration combined with drug therapy,and the observation group was treated with uterine aspiration combined with drug therapy under laparoscopic monitoring.The clinical data and therapeutic effects of the three groups were observed and compared.Results:The hospitalization cost of control group 1 was significantly lower than that of the other two groups.The duration of hospitalization,vaginal bleeding andβ-HCG(human chorionic gonadotropin)recovery in the observation group was shorter than that in control group 1 and control group 2,and the total effective rate was the highest,with a difference(P<0.05).There was no pregnancy residue in the observation group,and the incidence was lower than that in control group 1 and control group 2(2.00%and 2.00%),with no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion:The use of laparoscopic uterine suction combined with drugs can achieve better therapeutic effect,and the cure rate is higher,which is worthy of clinical application.
