无创呼吸机治疗急性心力衰竭的临床效果及有效率分析

Clinical Effect and Effective Rate of Non-Invasive Ventilator in Treatment of Acute Heart Failure

目的:探究无创呼吸机在治疗急性心力衰竭患者中的临床效果以及有效性。方法:选择2019年5月~2020年5月本院80例急性心力衰竭患者作为研究对象,按照治疗方式不同分组:对照组(n=40例,常规治疗),观察组(n=40例,常规治疗基础上加以无创呼吸机治疗),对比两组急性心力衰竭患者的总有效率、相关呼吸指标、心功能指标以及不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后观察组急性心力衰竭患者的总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组患者的80.00%,两组数据对比,P<0.05。两组急性心力衰竭患者治疗前的呼吸功能、心功能指标与对照组比较,P>0.05;治疗后,观察组患者SpO_(2)、PaCO_(2)、LVEF、LVEDD以及HR水平对比结果显示具有统计学意义,P<0.05。另外,观察组急性心力衰竭患者治疗后出现2例不良反应,不良反应发生率为5.00%,低于对照组的7.50%,但数据对比无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论:无创呼吸机治疗急性心力衰竭效果确切,能够有效改善患者心肺功能指标,并提升患者临床治疗效果,且安全性较高,不会对患者生命健康产生影响,有效促进患者尽快康复。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect and effectiveness of noninvasive ventilator in the treatment of patients with acute heart failure.Methods:80 patients with acute heart failure in our hospital from May 2019 to May 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group(n=40 cases,conventional treatment)and observation group(n=40 cases,non-invasive ventilator treatment based on conventional treatment)according to different treatment methods.The total effective rate,relevant respiratory indicators,cardiac function indicators and adverse reaction rate of the two groups of patients with acute heart failure were compared.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of patients with acute heart failure in the observation group was 95.00%,higher than 80.00%in the control group,the data comparison results:P<0.05.The indexes of respiratory function and cardiac function of the two groups before treatment were compared with those of the control group(P>0.05);After treatment,the comparison results of SpO_(2),PaCO_(2),LVEF,LVEDD and HR levels in the observation group were statistically significant(P<0.05).In addition,there were 2 cases of adverse reactions in the observation group after treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions was 5.00%,which was lower than 7.50%in the control group,but the data comparison was not statistically significant:P>0.05.Conclusion:The effect of noninvasive ventilator in the treatment of acute heart failure is exact,which can effectively improve the indexes of cardiopulmonary function of patients,and enhance the clinical treatment effect of patients,and has high safety,will not affect the life and health of patients,and effectively promote the recovery of patients as soon as possible.
