精准医疗背景下的医疗设备计量管理研究

Research on Measurement Management of Medical Equipment in the Context of Precision Medicine

医疗计量设备作为开展医院医疗工作的重要基础,为了保证医院日常医疗工作正常开展,确保医疗诊断结果的精准度。本文对医疗计量器械设备及医学计量进行概述,简单介绍了目前多样化复杂化的医疗设备,指出目前精准医疗背景医疗设备计量管理,在新型诊疗仪器和设备使用、个人消费型医用计量器使用、医用预防性维护需求各方面挑战。从精准医疗背景下提出医疗设备计量管理的对策,通过完善管理制度及管理组织、构建医疗计量器械设备数据库、定期检定医疗计量设备、加强医疗计量器械登记采购管理、规范医疗设备计量管理操作流程、实现医疗计量设备的规范合理性管理。

Medical measurement equipment as an important basis for the development of hospital medical work,in order to ensure the normal development of hospital daily medical work,to ensure the accuracy of medical diagnosis results.In this paper,medical metrology equipment and medical metrology are summarized,the current diversified and complicated medical equipment is briefly introduced,and the current precision medicine background medical equipment measurement management,in the use of new diagnosis and treatment instruments and equipment,the use of personal consumption medical meter,medical preventive maintenance needs in all aspects.From precision medical background medical equipment metrology management countermeasures are put forward,through the perfect management system and management organization,build medical measuring instrument equipment database,regular check medical measuring equipment,strengthen medical measurement instrument registration procurement management,standardize the medical equipment management procedures,implementation specifications rationality of medical measuring equipment management.
