腔镜手术器械在CSSD集中管理存在的问题与对策分析

Analysis of Problems and Countermeasures in the Centralized Management of Laparoscopic Surgical Instruments in CSSD

目的:有效解决腔镜手术器械集中处理过程中存在的具体问题。方法:采用回顾资料统计方法,选择2020年2月~2021年1月消毒供应中心集中处理的3.98万件塑封包装腔镜器械,就手本室反馈的问题和消毒供应中心回收、清洗、包装消毒、运送交接各环节遇到的问题进行分析,提出改进对策。结果:改进前6个月,处理1.95万件,物品交接176次,发生物品及数量交接不清9次,部件遗失查找5次,器械损坏1次,不符合发生率为8.5%,改进后6个月,处理2.03万件,物品交接183次,发生物品及数量交接不清1次,部件遗失查找1次,器械损坏0次,不符合发生率为1%。结论:对腔镜器械处理及交接过程中存在问题及持续改进情况进行统计分析,能不断改进和规范清洗、包装及交接流程,完善物品追溯管理,降低损耗。

Objective:To effectively solve the specific problems in the centralized processing of endoscopic surgical instruments.Methods:Using retrospective statistical methods,39,800 pieces of plastic-packaged endoscopic instruments that were centrally processed by the disinfection supply center from February 2020 to January 2021 were reported on the problems reported by the handbook room and the recovery,cleaning,packaging and disinfection of the disinfection supply center.Analyze the problems encountered in each link of the transportation and handover,and propose improvement measures.Results:6 months before the improvement,19,500 items were processed,176 items were handed over,9 unclear items and quantities were handed over,missing parts were found 5 times,and equipment was damaged 1 time.The non-conformity rate was 8.5%,6 months after the improvement,processed 20,300 pieces,handed over 183 items,unclear delivery of items and quantity occurred once,found missing parts once,damaged equipment 0 times,and the incidence rate of non-conformity was 1%.Conclusion:The statistical analysis of the problems and continuous improvement in the processing and handover of endoscopic instruments can continuously improve and standardize the cleaning,packaging and handover procedures,improve the traceability management of items,and reduce losses.
