民办高校德育创新机制研究——以红色基因传承为例

Research on the Innovation Mechanism of Moral Education in Private Colleges and Universities——Taking the Inheritance of Red Genes as an Example

青年一代有理想,有担当,祖国的明天才会越来越好。本文从红色基因的内涵出发,分析了民办高校传承红色基因的必要性和传承过程中存在的问题,从学风建设、组织活动、制度建设、“三全”育人体系构建四方面探讨了民办高校传承红色基因的创新机制。

The younger generation has ideals and responsibilities,and the future of the motherland will be better and better.Starting from the connotation of the red gene,this paper analyzes the necessity of red gene inheritance in private colleges and universities and the existing problems in the process of inheritance,and discusses the innovation mechanism of red gene inheritance in private colleges and universities from four aspects:the construction of learning style,organizational activities,system construction,and the construction of“three integrity”education system.
