大学生精神家园建设,必须以培育和践行社会主义核心价值观、弘扬中华优秀传统文化为根本。优秀地方传统文化,是地方职业技术大学生构筑精神家园的根基和滋养。它为大学生树立起理想信念的标杆,是培育其工匠精神的丰厚土壤。地方职业技术大学在挖掘所在地方历史文化资源时,首先要找准一个切入口,以提升其融入的精准度;搭建好物化传播、网络传播二个平台,以提升其融入广深度;建设好地方文化研究队伍、社科和语文教师、社科和文化类社团骨干等三支队伍,以提升其融入的实效度。

The construction of a spiritual home for college students must be based on the cultivation and practice of core socialist values and the promotion of excellent Chinese traditional culture.Excellent local traditional culture is the root and nourishment for local vocational and technical university students to construct their spiritual home.It sets the benchmark of ideals and beliefs for college students,and is a rich soil for cultivating their artisan spirit.When exploring the local historical and cultural resources,local vocational and technical universities should first find an entrance to enhance the accuracy of their integration;build two platforms for physical and online communication to enhance the depth of their integration;and build three teams,such as local cultural research teams,social science and language teachers,and backbones of social science and cultural associations,to enhance the effectiveness of their integration.
