依法治校视域下高职院校制度建设的实践路径

The Practical Path of System Construction of Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Governing According to the Law

完善制度建设是高职院校推动依法治校、依法治教、依法办学的重要途径。本文从贯彻落实教育法律法规、适应教育现代化发展、落实立德树人根本任务三个方面阐述了加强高职院校制度建设的必要性,以广东省G高职院校为例,深入探析当前高职院校制度制定、制度遵守、制度执行与监督中存在的现实困境,并根据实践工作经验,提出了完善高职院校制度建设的建议。

Improving the system construction is an important way for higher vocational colleges to promote the management of schools by law.This paper expounds the necessity of strengthening the system construction of higher vocational colleges from three aspects:implementing educational laws and regulations,adapting to the development of educational modernization and implementing the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating people,and takes G higher vocational college in Guangdong Province as an example to deeply explore the practical difficulties existing in the formulation,compliance,implementation and supervision of system of higher vocational colleges,and puts forward some suggestions on the enhancement of system construction of higher vocational colleges based on practical work experience.
