中高职衔接模式下就业指导课程思政实施路径探析

On the Ideological and Political Implementation Path of Employment Guidance Course under the Connection Mode of Secondary and Higher Vocational Education

生涯管理在人的一生中发挥着重要作用。中高职衔接学生处于职业探索期,有独特的知识结构和认知特点,基于螺旋式上升理论,本文从就业指导课程一体化构建、榜样标准、职业认知层级、生涯管理四个方面,将思政元素融入其中,彰显就业指导课程思政育人效果。

Career management plays an important role in one’s life. Middle and higher vocational students are in the period of career exploration and have unique knowledge structure and cognitive characteristics. Based on the spiral rise theory, this paper integrates ideological and political elements from four aspects: the integrated construction of employment guidance curriculum, example standard, career cognitive level and career management, so as to highlight the effect of ideological and political education of employment guidance curriculum.
