职业院校数控加工实训课与工匠精神有效融合实践探索 被引量:2

摘要 国家对技能人才的重视和对“工匠精神”的推崇,既彰显了“中国制造”走向“中国智造”的发展方向和必然趋势,又展现了实现制造强国战略目标的坚定信心。将工匠精神与数控实训课程相融合,贯穿数控专业人才培养始终,既是提升学生综合素质、职业能力、就业竞争力的有效途径,又是健全学生品格修养,提升人文内涵的有效措施。本文结合作者实际教学经验及大量文献的参阅,着眼于新时代工匠精神的内涵,职业院校数控加工实训课程教育教学现状,新时期“工匠精神”与数控加工实训课程有机融合的重要意义及职业院校“工匠精神”与数控加工实训课程有效融合的路径四个方面,对职业院校数控加工实训课与工匠精神有效融合实践进行了思考探讨。 The country’s emphasis on skilled talents and the praise of “craftsman spirit” not only highlights the development direction and inevitable trend of “intelligent manufacturing in China”, but also shows the firm confidence of realizing the strategic goal of becoming a manufacturing power. The integration of craftsman spirit and numerical control training courses, throughout the training of numerical control professionals, is not only an effective way to the comprehensive quality, vocational ability, employment competitiveness of stunt students, but also an effective measure to improve the character cultivation of students, and enhance the humanistic connotation. With the author’s teaching experience and a large number of literature refer to, focusing on the connotation of the new era spirit, NC machining training vocational colleges education teaching present situation, the “spirit” in the new period and the significance of the organic integration of NC machining training courses and vocational colleges “spirit” and the NC machining path from four aspects of practice training curriculum effective fusion, this paper discusses the effective integration of numerical control machining training course and craftsman spirit in vocational colleges.
