林场“项目+资源”双系统管理模式构建分析

Analysis on the Construction of“Project+Resource”Dual System Management Mode in Forest Farm

林场是构建生态体系和林业产业体系的重要基地,在促进国民经济、维护生态平衡、促进社会可持续发展方面发挥了至关重要的作用,因此,加强林场的科学管理十分关键。在人类生命共同体、绿水青山的发展理念下,“项目+资源”的林场管理模式独具特色和价值,其针对不同森林资源的特点,进行合理规划,大大提升了林场管理的科学有效性,保障了森林资源对人类的持续性付出。基于此,以“项目+资源”为研究视角,以河北省塞罕坝机械厂为研究对象,探索“项目+资源”管理模式实现的具体路径和措施,旨在充分挖掘管理优势,助力林场的有效管理,进而实现我国林业的健康可持续发展。

Forest farm is an important base for constructing ecological system and forestry industrial system,and it plays an indispensable role in promoting national economy,maintaining ecological balance and promoting social sustainable development.Therefore,it is very important to strengthen scientific management of forest farm.Under the development concept of human life community and green mountains,the forest farm management mode of Project+Resource is unique and valuable.Therefore,this paper takes Project+Resource as the research perspective,taking Saihanba Machinery Factory in Hebei Province as the research object,and explores the specific path and measures to realize the management mode of Project+Resource,aiming at fully exploiting the management advantages,helping the effective management of forest farms,and then realizing the healthy and sustainable development of China’s forestry.
